Stop the Pain of Break Up NOW Before It's Too Late!

i’ve tried running which is ok but what do you think works the best that you’ve tried?

When I went through the toughest break-up I was seriously depressed. I wouldn’t stop crying and I wanted him back so much, but then I thought about it long and hard and figured out I was better off without him.
What I did not to think about it was I bought a load of books and just started reading, then I started writing my own stories and books.
Just do something creative or relaxing. Take up a sport that requires more thought (archery is a good one) Or (might sound weird) but pole dancing, or belly dancing. It really helps you confidence and it works wonders on your body!

my and my wife have been merried for alittle over a year. she is having some probs, with her mental illness and her mind is convinced that i am cheating and abusive. she has scysophrenia and is not taken her meds. what can i do help her when she has a restraining order on my and also doesnt belaeve she has a prob.?
i have talked to the whole family and they know i wouldnt do anything to hurt her. thay have also tried to help and she thinks they are turning agenst her.

Other poetry is emotionally driven and is simply there to express my emotions in a healthy creative way which is inspired by 2pac. I do not promote violence and hate, I promote peace.
