Stop the Pain of Break Up NOW Before It's Too Late!

A lot of traumatic things in my childhood and early adulthood. I want to unload the baggage I’ve been carrying around for so long. Anyone else with this issue, your advice is appreciated.

Do you mean to confront this person that has caused you a lot hurt? Then you will need someone to be at your side so that it will not develop into a argument. You need to forgive this hurtful person, that usually brings the closure you seek. Once you have forgiven, you are free to go on with your life. What the other persons reaction will be, should have no effect on your decision to forgive. most of us have an issue like that, and once we understand that we control our decision, and have no control over the other persons reaction, we are free of carrying the hurt.

after 4 yrs of relationship and telling me there is a possible future; she tells me it was all sex ; but i tell her i would of never done it if i did not love her!

she leaves and marries a guy from the 3rd world country; where she is originally from; and tells me i am a good person and deserve someone better than her , i begged her not to leave me ; she said that i am selfish and want her because i want to get married, and that i am a lier and she cant trust me; and probably cheated on her

now my question is why does someone do something like that to me; and think i want to marry her out of selfishness and then she goes and proposes to a guy she doesnt know after 3 weeks of talking to him online!!!

1)should i feel guilty that i did not tell my parents one time when i went to see her; she says if i lied to my parents i cant be trusted

2) i never cheated on her; i found out she cheated on her fiancee with a guy from work!!! and she sent pics of the guy to her sister (nasty pics FYI).

this is my question; seriously i dont know why u are changing it and using it; when clearly it is my problem and not yours!

so im going out with this guy……….we have been dating for 4 weeks and i don’t really like him anymore but he is my first boyfriend so i dont know how to break up with him. PLEASE NO MEAN COMMENTS!

um what my friend did was had someone else break up with him (she had me do it) he just said it cool and i walked away idk if that helps Good luck! or one of my friends wrote a letter and put it in his locker saying that she wanted to break up, another way to break up with out trying not to hurt his feelings is break up in person but tell him why your breaking up.

I dated a girl for a few months we were really close, we broke up over something really stupid and what not. We still hang out and stuff usually happens! i just dont know how to date her again, she says im not this and im not that, but she still says she has really strong feelings for me! am i more than a booty call? lol

I’ve been there and done that as well, I know what you are going through! Some guys think, why in the hell would you be pissed about being a booty call? But if you have feelings for someone it gets kind of hard. I’ve always found that I want what I can’t have, and woman are the same way.

If you act like you don’t care and you’ve moved on than usually the girl will start to get feelings of rejection and want what she can’t have, which is you.
