how do i learn to date again and stuff if i haven’t in a year? i mean i miss my ex but he cheated and broke up with me on our one year anniversary and now i don’t really know how to get to know someone. and should i even try to get back with my ex?

Its a year, give up on your ex and just possibly you wouldn’t have to ask who to start dating again. Clear to me your still fixated on her so you haven’t let another lady into your head and they pick up on it & pass you bye.
Forget the ex and it just happens like ridding a bike once you get your confidence back.
