This is a 5 part series dealing with divorce. It is a conversation between a former psychotherapist who still consults in the area of relationship issues and a meditation expert who has counseled and taught many people about the value of meditation.
It touches on the emot8onal effects of divorce and the anger that usually accompanies it for each partner, children and families. It distinguishes between an adversarial approach involving attorneys and a mediation approach allowing a fair and equitable solution to the issues involved. Many case examples are used and the conversation often becomes animated.
