Stop the Pain of Break Up NOW Before It's Too Late!

My ex doesn’t have the credit to take over the financing but he wants to keep the quad and I don’t have a problem with him keeping the quad as long as it doesn’t effect my credit negatively by late payments or simply neglecting to pay. It’s going to take 4 yrs to complete payments.

What can I do to protect my credit? Will getting an agreement notarized work in court if it should happen to go to that extreme?

Moving on – If he is financially responsible and is not the kind of person to wreak havoc on your credit just because he can, it may be ok to leave it as it is. However, keep in mind that YOUR credit is in HIS hands.

If however, you feel that he might be a liablility, you can file a claim against him in court. The details of payment/ownership can be requested by you beforehand or settled there.

A notary has little value in enforcing prompt payment, but it can serve as a written agreement that can later be used in court if necessary. For example: "he didnt comply with this written agreement" etc..,

Ok so I was going out with this guy,it was only for 4 days but I honestly fell in love with him. He was sweet always telling me he loved me,missed me,wanted me,wanted to see me, and always calling me baby and everything. Now i’m white and he is black (i’m not races) but my school is. Now we both ride the bus and we both get off at a park, and Friday i stayed after with him and we actually acted like a couple.We just held hands played,played with each others hands and I just sat in his arms and he hugged me and never let me go.I was so happy and comfortable there,but I could tell he didn’t feel right,he was so stiff.Saturday I was at a party and he knew and he kept texting me freaking out about me looking at other guys.Today he texted me telling me he needs to think about us and I told him ok. Then he told me he was thing about s** and I was like what the heck.I asked were we stood and he said we were over I was in shock…I didn’t know what to do.I really miss him but he is being a Jackass and I want to cry. I want him to feel the pain he made me feel.Then yesterday he told my friend he was in love with me and he was in to me and he didn’t want anyone but me,I asked if it was a lie and he told me no and I asked how you go from in love one day to not in love the other day.I dont know what do to.How can i make him feel the pain he caused me,I don’t want to get on the bus Monday and have to see him.It will brake my heart.What should i do?

I’m just trying to start piecing my own life together again after we broke it off yesterday. It was a mutual breakup but it started by myself because of trust issues on both sides. Just looking for advice on how to network in a new community and lifestyle (Being single) so I can have friends to do activities with.

Best thing to do is to just get out there and do it. If you have other friends, or co-workers, try and see what they are getting into and tag along. Its really rough when you end a relationship. And it takes some time to get over. One rule though, don’t get into anything romantic/emotional with someone too quickly. We tend to maake mistakes in our ‘rebound’ period. Just try and go out and have a good time. Whether that is at the gym, club, movies, etc. If you like to dance, hop on the internet and see what the night life is about and good places to go.

If you are in your own place, throw a little get together and invite friends/co-workers and mingle a little bit.
