This girl i like keeps breaking up and getting back together with her boyfriend?
This girl that I met around this time last year i liked her a lot and we were friends for a while…i wanted to ask her out until one day i checked her facebook to find to my surprise that her relationship status said "in a relationship" this was n December. She broke up with him in february and got back with him in march. She broke up with him again at the end of the month…and then got back with him again. My ex doesn’t have the credit to take over the financing but he wants to keep the quad and I don’t have a problem with him keeping the quad as long as it doesn’t effect my credit negatively by late payments or simply neglecting to pay. It’s going to take 4 yrs to complete payments.

What can I do to protect my credit? Will getting an agreement notarized work in court if it should happen to go to that extreme?

Moving on – If he is financially responsible and is not the kind of person to wreak havoc on your credit just because he can, it may be ok to leave it as it is. However, keep in mind that YOUR credit is in HIS hands.

If however, you feel that he might be a liablility, you can file a claim against him in court. The details of payment/ownership can be requested by you beforehand or settled there.

A notary has little value in enforcing prompt payment, but it can serve as a written agreement that can later be used in court if necessary. For example: "he didnt comply with this written agreement" etc..,

We broke up in November and she said she likes to keep her ex’s as friends. But when she talks to me and says hey and I respond with how you doing, she responds and says nothing else. Expecting me to talk to her. WTF does this mean

Either she still likes you or wants you to still like her. Personally, i see no reason to keep exes around as friends. Waste of time usually as one or both people are hurt, angry and/or don’t want to be around each other–let’s not pretend that we do, right?

So, if you don’t feel like being friends or putting forth the effort she wants you put forth, don’t. Stop responding back to fill up the silence. Let the silence go on and on. If it’s uncomfortable enough for her, she’ll stop talking to you so much.
