Things to help get back on track after break up?

Just lost my job and my Girlfriend and I split up. The days alone and not having a job are eating me away. Are there any idea’s or tips to kill the time while waiting for job interviews and get my mind up off this break up. For example a good book for self development or i dunno anything that may help that helped you ????

what helped me in the past is walks, running, working out, or if you play video games, or being with friends… i hated just sitting at home casue you do is think… it will be ok if you just get out of the house

    do a lot of networking. call everyone you know and let them know you are in a job search and what type of job you are looking for
