Stop the Pain of Break Up NOW Before It's Too Late!

hi guys i was just wondering, my bf(well its complicated for the past couple of weeks) have been together for 2 years. things in both our lives hae changed. i dont want to looses he for good but were meeeting sunday to talk.
Basically i wan t to know what are the tell tale signs that a long tem boyfriend has fallen out of love with you…. lol thanks guys id really appreciate the objectivity!! xx

Well I’m no expert on this, but as a guy who has been dating someone for almost as long I can definately let you know of somethings I would personally do if I ever lost interest. The way your and his lives have changed definately can have something to do with it all. Especially if he’s gotten a job or you have or you’ve been busy or have gone through something like that. Basically you need to look at the way he is towards you in comparison when you first dated or were in the "puppy lovey dovey” stage. Is he as kind and nurturing towards you as he used to be? If he acts like he dosn’t really care as much as he used to or is not as sensitive to your feelings that might be something to look out for.

Does he do things for you he would have done a while back? this can also tell you how much he cares about you now, is he willing to do anything to satisfy you and make you happy like he used to? Maybe he’s taken the approach to make you feel neglected in order for you to break up with him, seeing as how this has a lot less hassle and guilt for a guy. Or does it seem like you guys fight a lot over nothing, and when your not arguing your conversations are dull and well…forced. How happy you are now and how happy you were once upon a time can tell you a lot.

Although these aren’t hard facts that should be applied to everything they could have something to do with it. But please don’t take these as an exact science. Sometimes all of this could be accidental, especially something really big is happening or has happened in his life, he might not even realize he’s doing it! Basically the ONLY way to for sure know whats going on in his head is to ask! You need to have a nice long talk about your relationship and how you both feel about it, don’t be mean or rude or place any blame on him. Try to be polite and to express yourself as well so that he’ll feel safe and feel it’s safe for him to express himself to you.

But remember, hope for the best but prepare for the best, and keep in mind that no relationship is easy and they will all have bumps, how many bumps you have in a relationship isn’t whats important, whats important is how you handle them and get through them all!
