I'm not looking for a woman higher than 30. I'm pretty mature and all the girls I meet are to partyish. I'd say if you want maturer men and older go places like them. Bars will probably just be another guy wanting to get laid (maybe.) Try church, library colleges. Who knows I seen people there men and women look more mature than your everyday places. I swear there are men and woman out there that are perfect matches but extremely far away.
