If you need closure, then contacting him once more to say your peace shouldnt constitude this. He hasnt been talking to you as you think he is angry, HAVE you been trying to contact him? You obviously need to do something. i have to say the best bet would be to put everything in writing. Write how you feel, what you need the conclusion and closure to be.
